Legalize Payslip for use in Romania

The Payslip is a financial document issued by a Thai authority. When presented in Romania, the receiving officer needs proof that both the document and the signing officer's seal are authentic. This process is called legalization — not just translation, but a chain of seals, signatures and consular attestation.

For Romania: the MFA step may be waived in limited cases. Then it must be stamped at the Embassy of Romania in Bangkok. We re-check destination requirements every two weeks to stay ahead of policy changes.
