Legalize Professional License / Practising Certificate for use in United Arab Emirates

The Professional License / Practising Certificate is a legal document issued by a Thai authority. When presented in United Arab Emirates, the receiving officer needs proof that both the document and the signing officer's seal are authentic. This process is called legalization — not just translation, but a chain of seals, signatures and consular attestation.
