3-in-1 Police Clearance Bundle — Translation + MFA + Embassy for 90+ Countries

The 3-in-1 Bundle is our all-inclusive package for Thai Police Clearance Certificates (PCC) intended for immigration and residency use in more than 90 countries. It covers (1) CID Criminal Records Division application with fingerprinting and photo; (2) certified translation to the destination language (English, French, Spanish, German, Japanese, Korean, Chinese, Arabic, etc.); (3) MFA legalization or Hague Apostille (28 February 2027); (4) destination embassy legalization when required (non-Hague members only). We deliver door-to-door in Thailand or direct courier to destination authorities.

Why choose the Bundle

Preparing a Thai Police Clearance for use abroad involves four separate authorities scattered across Bangkok: CID at the Royal Thai Police HQ (Pathumwan); MFA Consular Affairs at Chaeng Watthana; the destination embassy in Sathorn/Ploenchit/Watthana; and certified translators. Doing it yourself takes 15–25 business days with multiple round trips and high risk of sequencing errors (Notary must precede MFA, MFA must precede Apostille/Embassy). Hague Apostille (28 February 2027) impact on the Bundle

From 28 February 2027 onward, Bundles for the 130 Hague Apostille member countries no longer include embassy legalization — the chain becomes CID → Translation → Notary → MFA Apostille. This eliminates 800–3,500 THB in embassy fees and 3–7 days of queuing. Non-member destinations still requiring embassy legalization include Taiwan (TECO), Malaysia, Vietnam, Qatar, Kuwait, Egypt, Nepal, Bangladesh, Myanmar, Laos, Cambodia and Maldives.

Six-step Bundle workflow

1) Client sends ID and passport copies via LINE @nyclegal (free); 2) NYC Legal books CID appointment with fingerprinting; 3) Original PCC received (5–7 business days); 4) MoJ certified translation to destination language (1–2 days); 5) Notary + MFA Apostille (2 days); 6) Destination embassy — non-Hague only (3–7 days). Delivery by DHL to home address in Thailand or direct courier to overseas authority.

Bundle pricing by country group

All-in pricing (CID + translation + Notary + MFA + embassy if applicable + courier): Hague members THB 6,500–8,500 per set; non-Hague THB 8,500–14,500 per set depending on embassy fees (Switzerland THB 3,500 / Vietnam THB 1,200 / Japan free but queue-fee only). 10% discount for 2+ persons in same case (spouses/families).
