Certified translation

Is your translation accepted by every embassy?

Our translators are MFA-listed and recognized by every major embassy in Bangkok. For Australia, we issue NAATI-certified translations (CPN9X0Q4P) accepted by DIBP and AHPRA.

How is per-page pricing calculated?

A page is up to 250 source words. Pricing varies by language pair: EN↔TH from THB 500, CJK from THB 700, EU from THB 800, rare languages from THB 1,000.

Can you handle technical or medical content?

Yes — we have specialist translators for legal, medical, technical, financial and academic content. Glossaries can be supplied or built collaboratively for ongoing accounts.

Notary Public

Are your notaries officially registered?

Yes. All 6 of our Notary Public attorneys are licensed Notarial Services Attorneys with the Lawyers Council of Thailand under His Majesty's Patronage. License numbers are listed at /en/notaries.

What documents can be notarized?

Signatures, copies, affidavits, declarations, passport identification, board resolutions, powers of attorney, and apostille-compatible certificates for countries party to the Hague Convention via their consulate.

Do you offer same-day notarization?

Yes — same-day appointments are usually available with 2 hours notice. After-hours and on-site notarization (within 10 km of HQ) is available with a surcharge.

What is the MFA Legalization Division turnaround?

Standard 3–5 business days. Express 1–2 business days. Same-day walk-in is possible for urgent cases. We are an officially accredited submitter at the Department of Consular Affairs.

Which embassies do you cover?

Do you pre-check rejected documents?

Yes. Before submission we review formatting, seals, signatures, name spelling and chain compliance. If an embassy rejects on our error we redo at no charge and cover redelivery.
