What happens after notarisation
Hague Apostille members (US, Australia, Germany, Japan, Netherlands, and 120+ more): after 28 Feb 2027 you simply apostille at MFA Consular — one step. Non-members (UAE, Saudi Arabia, China domestic use in some cases, Vietnam for certain filings): still requires the three-step MFA + embassy legalisation chain. Minor students (< 20 under Thai law)
Parental Consent must be signed by BOTH parents before the notary, accompanied by their ID cards/passports. If a parent is unavailable, provide a court order or death certificate. We draft to the exact format each embassy expects (US I-134, UK CAS, AU 1229).

Can I use one set for multiple universities?
Yes if they accept copies. We recommend 2-3 original sets — some universities retain originals for their file.
What must a Sponsor Letter contain?
Sponsor name, relationship, amount (USD or THB), duration of support, source of funds, and signature before the notary — attached to a 6-month bank statement.
How recent must the bank statement be?
USA/UK/AU/CA usually require ≤30 days; some accept 60. Fresher is better — issue from bank, notarise within the same week.
Do parents in another province need to travel?
Parents must sign before the notary in person. Options if unavailable: (1) Mobile notary to their home (+quoted on request/zone), or (2) local attorney → we counter-notarise in Bangkok.
Does the price include translation?
