What should I send to request a quotation?
Tell our staff the document type, number of documents, destination country, receiving authority and required date. Share the recipient's instructions; redact unrelated personal information from any preliminary copy.
Does copy certification require the original?
Confirm this before attending. A certified copy normally requires comparison with the original document. An emailed scan is for preliminary assessment and is not itself proof that the original was inspected.
Must the signatory attend?
Signature authentication may require the signatory to attend with suitable identification. Do not sign a document in advance when the receiving authority requires witnessed signing. Staff will confirm the appropriate procedure.
Are MFA and embassy fees part of the notary quotation?
Ask for a written breakdown identifying the notarial service, translation or courier work and any government or embassy fees. The destination's rules determine whether additional legalisation is needed.
Can you guarantee acceptance or a completion date?
No. The receiving authority decides acceptance and government processing is outside our control. Staff will confirm document readiness, appointment availability and the proposed scope before you approve the quotation.
