Why is Notary Public in Thailand priced the way it is vs cheaper offers online?
Only attorneys registered with the Lawyers Council of Thailand under the Lawyers Act B.E. 2528 (1985) can issue a valid Notarial Services Attorney certificate. Cheaper offers are often shop-notaries who cannot bind embassies — we have 6 licensed attorneys on staff.
Does the notarisation fee include MFA and embassy legalisation?
No. The notarisation fee covers the notarial act only. MFA legalisation (Department of Consular Affairs) and destination-embassy legalisation are quoted separately, because embassy charges differ by consulate. Turnkey packages that bundle all three are quoted in writing after we review your documents.
Do you offer discounts for bulk documents?
Yes. 5–9 documents: 10% off. 10+ documents: 15–20% off. Corporate clients on a monthly retainer get preferred pricing.
How does mobile Notary in Bangkok work?
