Corrections required because of client-supplied errors are charged at 30–50% of the original service fee.

Work is deemed accepted. Please report any defect within 7 days of delivery so we can correct it.
How to request a refund

- 2Send the document concerned and a short description of the issue.
- 3We review and respond with a decision within 3 business days.
- 4Approved refunds are transferred to the original payment account within 7 business days.
