Embassy Accompaniment & Legalisation Runner is a legal certification performed by a Notarial Services Attorney licensed by the Lawyers Council of Thailand under the 2008 regulation on registration of attorneys for signature and document certification.
Per MFA Consular Affairs regulations, submissions may be delegated to a lawyer or authorised runner with a written authorisation.

4. **MFA Legalization (if required)** — Forwarded to the Department of Consular Affairs: 2 business days standard / 1 business day express, fees quoted on request / 400 per document.
