Corporate documents notarised by our attorneys carry the seal and registration number issued under the Lawyers Council of Thailand's Regulation on the Registration of Notarial Services Attorneys B.E. 2546 (2003). This is Thailand's only recognised notarial framework; documents bearing this seal are accepted for legalisation at the Department of Consular Affairs (MFA) and, from 28 February 2027, for Apostille under the 1961 Hague Convention to to which Thailand deposited its instrument of accession on 30 June 2026 (entry into force 28 Feb 2027 per the HCCH depositary).

For corporate transactions we routinely coordinate with foreign counsel to ensure documents satisfy destination-jurisdiction requirements: US commercial-registry standards for board resolutions, EU AML directives for UBO disclosures, Japanese Shokuji certifications for M&A closings, and Chinese Consular Legalisation requirements for entities operating without Apostille recognition. We match the notarial certificate language, seal placement, and translator declaration to what the destination authority actually issues acceptance letters against — not just what a template guide suggests.

PDPA compliance: corporate documents often contain director PII (passport numbers, home addresses) and shareholder financial data. Our processing follows the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) — documents are handled under a controller-to-controller data-sharing agreement, retention capped at 7 years per CCC §193/30, and all electronic copies encrypted at rest (AES-256) with access logs auditable on request.
