Legalize Name Change Certificate for use in Sri Lanka

The Name Change Certificate is a personal civil document issued by a Thai authority. When presented in Sri Lanka, the receiving officer needs proof that both the document and the signing officer's seal are authentic. This process is called legalization — not just translation, but a chain of seals, signatures and consular attestation.
