The client arrives at HQ (BTS Asok) with originals + passport before 15:00. Our attorney team certifies, seals, registers, and returns documents the same day before 18:00. Ideal for evening flights, embassy appointments closed the next day, and government deadlines.
Why Same-Day costs 50% more than Standard
Priority queuing dedicates 90 minutes of specialist-attorney + compliance-officer time. Standard batches 3 cases across 3 hours; Same-Day is dedicated 90 min. The 50% surcharge offsets the manpower cost.
Documents eligible for Same-Day
Almost all except: (1) foreign corporate docs requiring registry verification (24-48h), (2) Estate/Probate requiring kinship verification (2-3 days), (3) foreign-language documents needing translation first (1-2 days). Message @nyclegal to confirm.
Walk-in vs Booking
Walk-in: come anytime, may wait 30-90 min. Booking: reserve via LINE 1h ahead for priority queue, complete in 60-90 min. Walk-in Same-Day is capped at 10 cases/day — Mondays and Fridays often fill by 13:00.
Do you still need Apostille after Same-Day?
If the document goes overseas, still needs MFA (Same-Day not available at Consular Dept — 2 business days Express, 4-7 standard) or Apostille (from 28 Feb 2027, 24-48h Express). We manage the full chain.

Can I come after 15:00?
15:00-16:00 enters After-Hours queue (+100%). After 16:00 processed next morning at 09:00. Or use Weekend / After-Hours service.
Is MFA/Apostille also Same-Day?
MFA Bangkok offers 1-day Express (+quoted on request/doc). Apostille after 28 Feb 2027 will offer 48h Express. We handle the entire chain.
