How documents differ from Thai nationals
1) Passport (every stamped page) | 2) Current visa and residence permit | 3) Work permit (if any) | 4) TM.30 residence notification | 5) Address certification from Immigration or home-country embassy | 6) 10-finger fingerprint set (at a local police station or NYC Legal office) | 7) Copy of TM.28 (if you have relocated) | 8) Two 2-inch photos.
Our end-to-end handling

FAQ
How long must I have lived in Thailand?
At least 6 months. CID verifies duration via visa stamps and TM.30 records.
What if I've entered and exited Thailand several times?
That is fine — CID aggregates cumulative stay. You must show all passport entry/exit stamps.
Does the Thai PCC cover my home-country record?
No. A Thai PCC only reflects records in Thailand. Home-country records must be obtained separately (e.g. FBI Identity History Summary for the USA).
Is it slower than for Thai nationals?
Yes — 15-20 days for foreigners versus 7-15 days for Thais, because CID cross-references Immigration and visa data.
Is Live Scan available?
Yes — we operate a Live Scan device on-site. 5 minutes, no ink, and CID accepts submissions immediately without postal transmission of a card.
