Express Entry เป็นระบบ pool — ยื่น profile ออนไลน์, ระบบให้ CRS score (out of 1,200), IRCC เปิด draw ทุก 2 สัปดาห์ดึง top scorers ออกมา · ถ้าโดน Invitation to Apply (ITA) มี 60 วันยื่นเอกสารเต็ม
Timeline: profile → ITA (1–12 เดือน) · ITA → PR (6 เดือน standard processing)
เพิ่ม CRS — ที่ทำได้จริงจากไทย
- Age 20–29 = 110 points (เริ่มลดที่ 30) — ยื่นเร็วได้เปรียบ
- Master's degree = 135 points (vs Bachelor 120)
- CLB 9 ทุก ability (IELTS 7.0/7.0/7.0/7.0) = +124 points (vs CLB 7)
- French TEF Canada NCLC 7 = +50 bonus + qualified for French category-based draw
- PNP nomination = +600 (เกือบการันตี ITA) — Saskatchewan/Alberta/Ontario เปิด tech stream บ่อย
- Job offer with LMIA (Senior management) = +200, อื่นๆ = +50
เอกสารที่ต้องเตรียม (พร้อมแปล/รับรอง)
- Passport — sufficient validity 6+ months
- IELTS / CELPIP / TEF — original score report (2 ปีอายุ)
- ECA จาก WES — ใบรับรองปริญญา + transcript ส่งตรงจาก ม. ไปยัง WES (ม.ไทยส่วนใหญ่ส่ง electronic ได้)
- Work reference letter — letterhead, signed, list duties, hours/week, salary · NOC code matched · แปล+รับรอง
- Marriage certificate + ทะเบียนสมรสไทย → แปล + Apostille
- Birth certificate ของบุตร → แปล + Apostille
- Police certificate (ป.5) ของทุกประเทศที่อยู่ ≥6 เดือนต่อเนื่อง — ไทยใช้ตำรวจสันติบาล + แปล + Apostille
- Medical exam by Panel Physician (BNH, Bumrungrad) หลังได้ ITA
- Proof of funds (FSW) — bank statement 6 เดือน + letter จากธนาคาร · 1 คน CAD 14,690, ครอบครัว 4 คน CAD 27,297
Apostille หลัง 28 ก.พ. 2570 — ประหยัด 10–14 วัน
ก่อนหน้านี้: ทะเบียนสมรส/ใบเกิด/ป.5 ต้องไป กระทรวงต่างประเทศ + สถานทูตแคนาดา = 10–14 วันทำการ + ค่า embassy ใบละ ฿2,500
หลัง 28 ก.พ. 2570: Apostille ใบเดียวจาก MFA = 1–3 วันทำการ + ฿200 → ใช้ส่ง WES, ใช้ยื่น IRCC ได้ทันที
