- Step 1: ขอ transcript + degree certificate จากมหาวิทยาลัย (ภาษาอังกฤษ original)

- Step 3: Apostille ที่ MFA (เปลี่ยนจาก consular legalization) — 1–3 วันทำการ
- Step 4: แปลเป็นภาษาประเทศปลายทาง (sworn translator) — บางประเทศรับ certified translation ที่ออกจาก embassy
