The Passport carries a structure most overseas registrars recognise instantly — and just as instantly reject when the translator has improvised on a single term. The terminology is the document. A non-specialist may translate "นายอำเภอ" as "District Officer" when the receiving authority specifically expects "Registrar" or "Chief District Officer", and that mismatch alone is enough to trigger a re-filing.

Translation of the data page is rarely required (it is already bilingual), but a notarized certified copy is frequently requested.

The receiving Estonian authority will usually request one or more of the following alongside your translated Passport; we'll email a destination-specific checklist once we know your target country.

The same eight-step workflow runs on every job — none of the gates are optional and none are bypassed for speed:

1. Document intake. Send us a high-resolution PDF/photo of the original Passport. We verify it is a current Amphur or court-issued copy.
2. Translation into Estonian. Performed by our credentialed senior translator vetted by Thailand's Department of Consular Affairs. Names, dates and registration numbers are cross-checked against your passport.
3. Company certification. We affix our official translator seal and a signed declaration accepted by Thai MFA.

5. Thai MFA legalisation. Our courier files at the Department of Consular Affairs (Chaeng Watthana) the next working day. Standard return: 3–5 working days.

7. Estonian embassy attestation. We submit to the destination embassy in Bangkok and collect the legalised document.
8. Notary Public (if required). One of our six in-house Notarial Services Attorneys notarises the translation, which most embassies require.

For German, French, Spanish, Italian and Dutch use, the receiving authority will check the sworn translator's registration number against the local court list; we either use a registered translator or arrange a follow-on sworn re-certification in the destination country.

• Name transliteration. Estonian authorities check the translated name against your passport — any mismatch is grounds for rejection.
• Form codes. Original Thai reference numbers and registration codes are preserved verbatim.
