Workflow ที่ใช้จริง
3 ขั้น MFA Apostille:
- 1) Pre-verification — เอกสารต้องผ่าน competent issuing authority (กรมการปกครอง, สำนักทะเบียน, กระทรวงศึกษาธิการ, ฯลฯ)
- 2) Submit at MFA — เคาน์เตอร์ Chamchuri 4, OneStop Service Center หรือ e-Apostille (pilot กับ 7 ประเภทเอกสาร)
- 3) Receive Apostille certificate — sticker หรือ allonge มี QR code ตรวจสอบที่ e-apostille.mfa.go.th

- Document scope — บางหน่วยงานยังไม่ออก digital signature/seal ที่ MFA recognize · เช่น เทศบาลขนาดเล็ก, รพ.ชุมชน
