The end-to-end workflow has eight checkpoints — translation through delivery — and we mark each one on your case sheet:

1. Document intake. Send us a high-resolution PDF/photo of the original Lease Agreement. We verify it is a current Amphur or court-issued copy.

Across the rejected files we see each year, the same five causes account for the vast majority of redo work on a Lease Agreement:
