Frequently asked questions

Q. Is your notarization accepted abroad?

Notary Public in Thailand is performed by a Notarial Services Attorney (since Thailand is not an Apostille jurisdiction prior to 2025 reforms for many use cases). For overseas use, the notarized document is then legalized by Thai MFA and the destination country's embassy. We handle the full chain in-house.

Q. Do I need to come in person?

Yes — Thai notarial law requires the signatory to appear before the attorney. We offer mobile notary service for groups of 3+ within Greater Bangkok.

Q. What does it cost?

Standard notarization is quoted on request. Complex affidavits, corporate documents, or hotel-visit notary may range up to quoted on request.

Q. Can you also draft the affidavit?

Yes — our attorneys draft and notarize on the same visit. Common templates (single status, no-objection, parental consent) are free with notarization.
