Frequently asked questions
Q. LTR vs Elite — which is better?
LTR is cheaper (quoted on request / 10 years) and includes work rights + tax benefits, but requires USD 80k+ income/assets. Elite has no income test, faster issuance, but no work rights and higher cost (฿900k–฿5M).
Q. Does LTR really give 17% flat tax?
Yes — for the 'Highly Skilled Professional' category in BOI-promoted industries. We coordinate with Revenue Department for the tax ruling.
