2. ปริญญา + transcript → SAQA evaluation (online saqa.org.za)
3. หนังสือรับรองสมาชิกสมาคมวิชาชีพไทย → translate + Apostille
4. SAPS Police Clearance Certificate (ตำรวจไทย) → translate + Apostille (อายุ ≤ 6 เดือน)
5. ใบรับรองแพทย์ — DHA-1738 + DHA-1739 forms
6. CV + experience letters ≥ 5 ปี post-qualification

- NYC Legal certified Thai→English + notary (degree, PCC, marriage)
- MFA Thailand Apostille (DGR Convention) ฿200/หน้า · 1-2 วัน
- Apply SAQA online + upload Apostille scans · 4-6 สัปดาห์
- Book VFS Bangkok appointment · biometric + submit
- รอผล 8-12 สัปดาห์ · pickup VFS หรือ courier
