If it concerns Thailand’s accession to the 1961 Hague Apostille Convention, the two dates that matter are: instrument of accession deposited 30 June 2026, entry into force for Thailand 28 February 2027. Until that date, Thai public documents used abroad still require legalisation by the Department of Consular Affairs (Ministry of Foreign Affairs) followed by the destination country’s embassy or consulate. กระทรวงการอุดมศึกษาฯ (อว.) และ Ministry of Education ของจีน ลงนาม MOU รับรองทรานสคริปต์และปริญญาบัตรระหว่างกัน ลดเวลารับรองสำหรับนักศึกษาแลกเปลี่ยน
เมื่อ 28 พฤษภาคม 2026 กระทรวงการอุดมศึกษา วิทยาศาสตร์ วิจัยและนวัตกรรม (อว.) ของไทย ได้ลงนาม MOU ร่วมกับ Ministry of Education ของสาธารณรัฐประชาชนจีน ในการรับรองทรานสคริปต์ ปริญญาบัตร และใบรับรองวุฒิการศึกษาระหว่างกันโดยตรง สำหรับสถาบันการศึกษาที่อยู่ในรายชื่อรับรอง (ฝั่งจีน 215 มหาวิทยาลัย · ฝั่งไทย 89 มหาวิทยาลัย) เอกสารที่ผ่านการรับรองจากมหาวิทยาลัยต้นทางสามารถนำไปใช้ในประเทศปลายทางได้โดยไม่ต้องผ่าน Embassy Legalization (ยังต้องผ่าน MFA + Apostille เพื่อยืนยันต้นฉบับ) ส่งผลให้นักศึกษาแลกเปลี่ยน ผู้สมัคร work permit และผู้ขึ้นทะเบียนวิชาชีพระหว่างสองประเทศประหยัดเวลาลง 7–10 วันต่อชุดเอกสาร NYC Legal มีบริการแปลรับรอง MoJ + Apostille สำหรับเอกสารทั้งสองทิศทาง พร้อมประสานงานกับ China Notary Association สำหรับลูกค้าที่ต้องใช้ในจีนแผ่นดินใหญ่.
