Certified Translator (English ↔ Thai)
Join NYC Legal's certified translation team to translate civil documents, contracts, and academic transcripts for clients submitting to MFA, Apostille, and embassies worldwide. You will work alongside Notarial Services Attorneys and a QA team using a mature Translation Memory + Style Guide. 100-300 pages per week.
NAATI Translator (Chinese / Japanese / Korean)
Hiring NAATI-certified translators for Thai↔Chinese, Thai↔Japanese, Thai↔Korean. Serves Australia/New Zealand visa work and cross-border business. Project-based, no exclusivity, you pick the workload.
Notarial Services Attorney
Seeking Notarial Services Attorneys (Lawyers Council of Thailand registration) to certify signatures, translations, copies, and run Mobile Notary visits across Bangkok metro.
Client Success Coordinator (Thai-English Bilingual)
Be the front line for clients — answer LINE/phone/email, intake Notary, certified translation, MFA, Apostille, embassy jobs, and coordinate translators, attorneys, and couriers to close on time. Based at HQ Asok.
Document Courier (Bangkok Metro)
Pick up and deliver documents between HQ Asok and MFA, embassies, district offices, and clients across Bangkok metro. Company vehicle provided.
