Apostille Transition — 14 February 2026
Thailand deposited its accession instrument to the Hague Convention 1961 (Apostille) on 24 June 2025; 14 February 2026. From that date, IMM documents destined for any of the 125+ Hague member states will receive a single Apostille from MFA instead of the full legalisation chain — saving 3–15 days and THB 1,000–5,000 in embassy fees.
