PCC issuance requires a 10-finger fingerprint capture (ink or Live Scan) submitted together with original ID/passport, house registration, photos and a power of attorney if lodged through an agent. A friend cannot submit on your behalf without a properly executed POA. This page is our PCC for New Zealand (INZ · SMC) package by NYC Legal & Notary Services — THB 5,500–8,500 · 14–25 business days end-to-end. Handled end-to-end by our lawyers and certified translators — you never have to visit PCSC Tung Song Hong yourself.

What you get

Where PCC for New Zealand (INZ · SMC) is used

Most common contexts: Skilled Migrant Category (SMC) · Accredited Employer Work Visa · Partnership Visa · Student Visa · Resident Visa.

Accepted by: Immigration New Zealand (INZ) · New Zealand Embassy Bangkok · NZ Qualifications Authority (NZQA).

Validity is set by the destination authority — UK / Schengen / JP / KR typically 3 months, AU / NZ / US / CA 6–12 months. We time the process accordingly.

If your destination is a Hague Convention member and the file will be used after 28 February 2027, we recommend the Apostille pack — faster and cheaper.

FAQ

How much and how fast?

THB 5,500–8,500 · 14–25 business days end-to-end · express add-on available (+1,500 per stage).

What documents do I need?

National ID or passport + house registration + 2 photos + POA (if lodged through an agent) + PCSC application form (we prepare it).

What changes after 28 February 2027 (Apostille)?

New PCCs + MFA Apostille are accepted directly by 130 Hague Convention member states with no further embassy legalisation.

Do I need to fly back to Thailand?

No. If you're overseas, use our Thai-abroad POA service — get fingerprinted where you are, courier documents and POA to us and we handle 100% of the Bangkok side.

Where do I get fingerprinted?

At our Bangkok Asoke office (Live Scan or ink), at a local Thai police station, or — if you're abroad — at your local police / Thai embassy, then ship to us.

Payment methods?

Thai bank transfer · PromptPay · credit card · PayPal · Wise · Western Union (international clients).

Can I still get a PCC if I have a prior record?

Yes — the certificate reflects the true record. If the case is closed / dismissed / expunged, that status is shown. We recommend consulting your immigration lawyer before submitting.

How long is a PCC valid?

PCSC does not print an expiry. The destination sets its own validity: UK / Schengen / JP / KR typically 3 months, AU / NZ / US / CA typically 6–12 months.
