- ✓Embassy of Japan (Wireless Rd) — spouse visa, heir affidavit, Highly Skilled Professional

FAQ
What's the price range for the Mainland China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Macau, Japan, South Korea cluster?
THB 1,500–3,500 per page depending on language, complexity and volume. 4 languages available in this cluster.
Do I need to bring physical originals to the office?
High-quality colour scans are fine for the translation itself. Physical originals are only needed when the certificate must be bound to the source for MFA or embassy filing. We can arrange courier pickup.
Can you use AI for parts to keep the price down?
No. The certifying translator's seal carries legal liability for every rendered word — our team translates by hand and uses CAT tools for terminology consistency only.
What happens if the destination rejects the translation?
Acceptance is always at the receiving authority's discretion, so no provider can guarantee an outcome. What we do commit to: if a document is rejected on translation or certificate-format grounds, we redo the work free of charge, with unlimited revisions within 30 days.
Is my document confidential?
Files are stored under ISO 27001 end-to-end encryption. Every translator signs an NDA. Files auto-purge 90 days after delivery unless you ask us to retain them as evidence.
