Until that date, Thai public documents used abroad still require legalisation by the Department of Consular Affairs (Ministry of Foreign Affairs) followed by the destination country’s embassy or consulate. กระทรวงการต่างประเทศของไทยขยายระบบรับรองเอกสารออนไลน์สำหรับเอกสารนิติบุคคล ลดเวลาประมวลผลจาก 3 วันเหลือ 1 วันทำการในบางกรณี
ตั้งแต่เดือนพฤษภาคม 2026 กรมการกงสุล กระทรวงการต่างประเทศ (Department of Consular Affairs, MFA Thailand) ได้เปิดใช้งานช่องทาง e-Legalization เพิ่มเติมสำหรับเอกสารนิติบุคคล ครอบคลุมหนังสือรับรองบริษัท หนังสือมอบอำนาจ (POA) และมติที่ประชุมคณะกรรมการ (Board Resolution) ที่ผ่านการรับรองโดย Notarial Services Attorney แล้ว ผู้ใช้บริการสามารถยื่นเอกสารผ่านระบบดิจิทัล โดยมีระยะเวลาดำเนินการเฉลี่ย 1 วันทำการสำหรับเอกสารที่ครบถ้วน เทียบกับช่องทางปกติที่ใช้เวลา 2–3 วันทำการ ทั้งนี้ เอกสารที่ต้องนำไปใช้ในประเทศที่ยังไม่ได้เข้าร่วม Apostille Convention ยังคงต้องผ่านขั้นตอน Embassy Legalization ที่สถานทูตปลายทางในประเทศไทยตามเดิม ทีมงาน NYC Legal ได้รับใบอนุญาตเป็นผู้ยื่นแทน และให้บริการ end-to-end ตั้งแต่ขั้นโนตารีถึงสถานทูต โดยลูกค้าธุรกิจสามารถเลือก SLA ที่ 24 ชั่วโมง / 3 วัน หรือ 5 วันได้ตามต้นทุนที่กำหนด
